Partage means sharing in French. Our Chefs do a great job to share with you their daily creations through their tasting menus. They also offer a selection of 21 small plates to share with your party and 7 larger portions for your entrees. Save some room for deserts and pick some unique desserts homemade by our Pastry Chef in his dessert cart.

Partage is our second restaurant to open in Las Vegas since our dream began together as a team in December of 2015. Chef Yuri, Pastry Chef Vincent and I left our home country of France at that time with few savings - but we were filled with passion to create our version of the American dream. We had met in Paris, and both Chef Yuri and Pastry Chef Vincent had learned from their years of working in several of France's Michelin-starred restaurants not only in the capital but in other places such as les Baux-de-Provence and Courchevel. In 2016, we opened our first place - called Eatt - with the main concept of bringing healthy, gourmet lunches to Las Vegas. As our customers increasingly demanded a great dining experience, the concept of Partage was simply inevitable. We are proud to be able to offer you a great, modern French dining experience that can be shared in different ways a countless number of times.

It all started with a folding table to do cooking demos to get our first clients then we managed to get selected to Life Is Beautiful festival and then we found investors to help us finance Eatt Gourmet Bistro. Partage is about sharing a good time together to enjoy delicious tasting menus or à la carte small plates with local and seasonal ingredients. Our menu conveys the value we believe in.
